  • Discussion: CFO as a leader of change. For any business leader, the pace of change, faster now than ever before, is a major challenge. CFOs must move from reactive to proactive, and think strategically to help their companies to win. They must define the necessary change — then participate in it — and finally, execute it. This discussion will cover the CFO’s role when it comes to organisational reform. How prepared are Russian CFOs to embrace change and lead it?
