Despite
recent dramatic events in Europes energy markets,
almost 100 industry players assembled in Berlin for
2 days of timely and open discussion about the real
issues affecting German energy sector participants.
The Adam Smith Institutes pioneering series of
Power & Gas Liberalisation events has
gained in stature since its inauguration in February
2000. With this 8th conference, Adam Smith Conferences
has firmly consolidated its excellent reputation in
the sector and once again provided 28 senior and influential
industry figures with a platform to push forward the
energy debate.
Of note were the presentations by Dr. Christel Möller
at the Federal Ministry of Economics & Technology,
Dr. Ulf Böge at the FCO, Mr. Marc R. Pasture at
RWE Plus AG, Dr. Wilfried Czernie at Ruhrgas AG and
Mr. Gerhard Jochum at EnBW AG.
Adam Smith Conferences would like to thank everybody
who helped make this event such a success. We
look forward to continuing to provide delegates, speakers
and sponsors with valuable market intelligence, unrivalled
business opportunities and high-quality organisation.
